I reported directly to Jordan while finishing my final rotation in GE's operations management leadership program. Jordan is an amazing manager and Lean Leader. He transformed the lean culture of a highly regulated pharmaceutical plant in his first year of management. He's very good at motivating and teaching teams that may be resistant to change or new to lean concepts. As a manager, Jordan pays attention to details and stuck up for me when I needed it. He helped me finish my rotational training program strong and remained a wonderful mentor in my life.
