20m Bearing Replacement, Project Engineer: Managed the design, fabrication, and installation of a custom support frame to raise a fielded 20m antenna to replace the azimuth bearing. Site manager and on-site engineer supervising the installation inclusive of all mechanical and servo testing.Space Fence Program, Team Lead: Directed the design of two fabric, inflatable roofs, calibration towers, and clean-agent fire suppression systems for the largest phased-array radar in the world. Led a team through each system’s design that interfaced with three other contractors. 11m Antenna Program, Design Engineer: Directed the re-design of a legacy quadrapod, lubrication, and HVAC system to accommodate the removal of an auxiliary antenna and installation in a different location. Site manager and on-site engineer for the overseas installation ensuring schedule, cost, and mechanical and RF performance were achieved.10m Antenna Program, Project Engineer: Managed the procurement, fabrication, and installation of a legacy build-to-print 10m antenna. Site manager and on-site engineer supervising the complete antenna installation inclusive of all mechanical and RF testing. Program was completed on-time, under budget, and met all technical requirements.25m Beam Waveguide Antenna Program, Design Engineer : Direct modification of a legacy reflector structure design to accommodate the use of a beam waveguide system using the existing volume and interfaces, while also adding additional safety and access provisions.
