It is my pleasure to recommend Jordan to any of her potential employers, managers, or teammates. Jordan exhibits very strong ability to relate to her clients and coworkers; she will go above and beyond in completing her tasks and solving problems on her customers' behalf. In Academic Advising her experience and problem solving skills combined with her genuine desire to help customers with cheerfulness made her our strongest performer and a sought after adviser. Jordan could always be trusted with difficult cases that required information outside of her position's knowledge bank. I appreciated her desire to receive feedback from her supervisors and clients. Perhaps her greatest strength in the Advising was making sure our clients left the office feeling better about their situation. I highly recommend Jordan to any position that requires customer service or coaching. She has also developed great administrative skills, which will make her a strong asset in any client-focused office job.

I had a meeting with the Academic Advising office and Jordan was assigned to work with me. I had a few questions with how to get a program to work and needed some academic advice. Jordan was beyond amazing. The best advisor I have ever had while attending college. She was very professional, easy to talk to, very knowledgeable, could answer all of my questions and was very quick to help. I normally leave the advising office frustrated as no one could help answer my questions after spending 30-60 mins with someone but not with Jordan! I spent 10 mins with her and got everything I needed. Jordan is the best employee in their office!

As a background specialist at JMT- Document Services, it was my job to organize background checks of notaries who have contracts with JMT. I organized, categorized and updated files for each notary who was signed with JMT and was given a variety of special projects for all departments of the JMT company. I also had the opportunity of training new hires within the company. I was a part of a sales team which strove to help women look and feel their best by finding clothes which met their personalities, body shapes, budget and life styles. Working at Maurices taught me about professionalism, time management and how to foster confidence in others.
