Keeping a digital, policy and service operation teams aligned toward the same goal might sound impossible, but it seemed like a breeze to Jordan. We worked closely together for seven months rolling out the product launch of a new service for the DfE, and I was constantly amazed not only by her technical project ownership skills, but also by her ability to keep the team motivated through the inevitable challenges and disruptions. It’s not often you find a client who feels like a true partner, but that’s exactly what I’ve found in Jordan. As a client, she’s a dream—clear and decisive even as we had evolving policy that was being developed. She trusted my user centred design team with the creative process, and she kept us updated with performance data and project results, which helped us continue to improve the product. For any company or team that needs a proven PO with a get-it-done-with-a-smile approach, Jordan is your person.

Jordan is a brilliant product manager and I really, really enjoyed working with her. We worked together on a discovery and alpha at the Department for Education, centred around how people interested in teaching get classroom experience in schools. Jordan guided the multidisciplinary team with ease, right from the very start. In preparation for day 1 she had consolidated just the right amount of reading ad information so we weren't overwhelmed. Little details like arranging for me and others in the team to visit a integral supplier had been arranged. On a 6 week discovery, this was absolutely priceless. Jordan was thoughtful throughout and did a brilliant job providing direction for the work and protecting the team when needed. She led show and tells, made sure stakeholders took an interest and were present and handled the sometimes-tough and sensitive stakeholder conversations with professionalism and positivity. The 6-week discovery met it's Departmental service assessment, the 8-week alpha met it's GDS service assessment and we had good fun working together. That's pretty impressive. Jordan is an ace product manager/product owner, you should work with her.
