I handle enrollment and rostering processes and policy preparation and creation. What I love most about my role is finding creative ways to solve complex problems. Recently, we worked with one of our Amwins sister companies to develop an advanced coverage platform to meet a client's needs. This platform handles enrollment, termination, premium collection, reporting data, and tiered access for clients in an accessible way.
