I also talk to clients to acquire more information about them to help us close faster. I will also order payoffs and HOA estoppels depending if there are mortgages or homeowners association. Also since I’m a notary I will go to closings and notarize closing docs. After a closing I will scan in and save the documents to the OneDrive.
