Working on these projects entailed a wide range of roles & responsibilities for myself which included the following: • Site Supervision and Management ensuring the smooth and safe progression of construction tasks. • Attending design meetings. • Managing and maintaining the Health & Safety of the construction site in accordance with up to date regulations. • Liaising and communicating with internal and external parties including the clients. • Daily safety and task briefings to all present and working on site. • Procurement of materials, tools, equipment and plant. • Programming of the project. • Production of work methodology including Work Package Plans (WPP) and Task Briefing Sheets (TBS). • Managing all relevant project paperwork on site keeping it up to date. • Pre-construction site investigation tasks.
