Jordan was the glue of the Destination Development department at Travel Oregon for six years, five of which I had the pleasure to be her teammate. Jordan has the uncommon ability to be both incredibly detail oriented and effective and also consistently relaxed and unflappable. Operationally, these traits made Jordan an invaluable asset to our team at Travel Oregon and a universally loved colleague. In her time at Travel Oregon, Jordan confidently navigated administering complex and daunting projects including federal grant applications, innovative cost-share agreements between federal and state agencies, and at many different points, forging the operational pathways to make the dynamic work of the Destination Development team possible. Only one month following her departure, we are already feeling the immense loss of her aptitude for navigating these complex processes. Jordan is true team player, a champion of her values and passions, and a thoughtful and intentional contributor. She is also a great person to travel the state of Oregon with, for both work and play!
