  As an HR Assistant at Moxie, I provide full administrative support to two areas of HR, recruitment and life cycle. I manage and take responsibility for:· Recruitment – Placing adverts on job boards/internal intranet pages and social networks, reviewing CV’s, coordinating interviews/meeting rooms, conducting database searches/reports and liaising with recruitment agencies. Entering candidate data into HR database, raising all contracts and offer letters from templates for new joiners, chasing reference requests, sending rejection responses. Coordinating the work experience program. Induction - Coordinating new starter set up across the company, compiling induction packs, managing the new starter "tours and intros" session, ensuring all new hires receive access to required systems and have appropriate IT set up. All general Recruitment/HR administration, paperwork, filing and archiving as required or requested.
