  Create We opened the doors to Baja Brewing in December, 2007 with 4 draft ales, into a market we called lager-land. The early days are fun. We built a brand and found a way to market. We made experimental brews and found our community of fans. We were a young company, and we were young. I remember carrying 10 kegs up six flights of stairs when the clients elevators broke and packing up our gear after a 3 day beer festival at 5am watching the sun rise. To understand it, do it. And Create Great, we had a product…now we had to build a company. We built an in-house distribution network while working with third party distributors to open new markets. We put systems in place and brought our accounting in-house. From 4 beers on draft to dozens of packaged products, restaurants and a merchandise and, we grew the company and we grew as people. Persevere Baja Brewing started with a handful of people and a goal…to bring craft beer to Cabo. One financial crisis, two hurricanes and a pandemic later, we have built an international brand, won best brewery in Mexico and thanks to our team of over 100 people, there is more to come. “What is our purpose, if not to create something from where there was nothing before?” -unknown Show less
