I recruited Jordan back in 2017, when I was structuring our Uk team to expand our activities in Europe but also globally (our headquarter being based in France). Jordan started as a Business Developer and stayed with us for 3 years. He endorsed also different roles such as Product Owner of our first SAAS Plateform, Partnership Manager with Public & Private institutions as long as signing and nurturing clients. During those 3 years, I can say, that Jordan was definitely a strong asset for the company and the team. He was regularly part of the best performers, but also he helped a lot the company to take a strong position in the Uk Ecosystem thanks to strategic partnerships he managed to structure. Those achievement were only possible thanks to very strong interpersonal skills, always having the good balance of being nice and professional. Obviously, he managed to be successful in all the different roles, thanks to strong organisational and project management skills. Those skills were key for the Product Owner role as he was in charge of a product that he allows to scale X10 (users) and also when he was coordinating events with hundreds of people. We were sad to see him leaving the company, but also happy that he found a new challenge to pursue his professional development with an ambitious project.
