Charlotte, North Carolina I have always loved helping people. The last years of my life have been spent helping homeowners through the rigorous insurance claims process. Though it's no battlefield, the experience I gained while in the military definitely equipped me with the skills required to protect the interests of the homeowners I assist! Although we specialize in insurance mitigation and roof replacements, Roof Medic is a company you can trust to take care of all your roofing needs.

In addition to first responder or combat medical support, medics provide paraprofessional care in medical treatment facilities, battalion aid stations, clinics and hospitals to soldiers, military dependents, and authorized civilian personnel. During my 4+ years of enlistment, I: - Procured 2 years of management experience by supervising the daily operations, as well as the health and safety of 3-25 soldiers, both in Afghanistan and New York - Managed and served 10-30 patients daily by screening and evaluating each patient and dispensing medications, as needed - Responsible for conducting quarterly training sessions for up to 30 soldiers on life saving procedures - Implemented successful logistic strategies that maintained the safe storage and delivery of $500,000+ of medical equipment - Utilized interpersonal and leadership skills to both create a pleasant patient experience as well as an orderly work environment - Coordinated and executed logistics for the readiness and deployment of medical personnel during emergency combat situations - Aided in 30+ trauma surgeries and assisted in the saving of over 150 lives during two tours to Afghanistan - Received EMT-B and CPR certification Show less
