I would like to take a moment and recommend Jordan Campbell for the position of Animator. I had the opportunity to work with Jordan at Wavedash Games as his direct supervisor. During our time at Wavedash, I saw Jordan dedicate himself wholeheartedly to the game, the characters, and community. I was always impressed with Jordan’s ability to take and implement feedback. He was very good about addressing shot notes in a timely manner and asking clarifications from designers whenever it was needed. This ability, combined with his significant style adaptability, lead to excellent shot quality, and rapid iteration on every assignment. He is a very good communicator and even on remote situations he was able to always contribute greatly to character discussions and reviews. In addition to his animation proficiency, I loved how deep his game mechanics knowledge went. He was always ready with specific shot examples that served as a great starting point for discussions and brainstorming. It made my job simpler, more fun and enjoyable, and since we would find alignment as a team faster, we could iterate on how to make each animation more fun and unique.
