During my time at Yuken Europe, my main duties were: - Using SolidWorks, Autodesk and other software packages to design turnkey Hydraulic Systems, ranging from small Power Units and manifolds assemblies, to full installations with pipework drawings and associated items. - Managing projects from initial contact and quoting through to customer supply, site install and commissioning. - Creating Parts Lists/BOMs and acting as Purchaser. - Producing RAMS and liasing with H&S personnel, as well as the On Site and Service engineers, to ensure all work was carried out as safely as possible. - Producing documentation and certification for customers, including Operation Manuals. - Working with members of the Sales team when necessary to identify technical aspects of possible jobs and helping to complete large complex quotes. From 2011- 2014, I worked at Asda part time, to help fund my degree study for over two years now. In this time, I worked in a number of roles, fulfilling a number of duties. This position involved planning, organisation and leadership as team member, as well as when working individually. This time helped me develop strong and confident communication skills, whilst dealing with customers, colleagues and various managers.
