  I worked with TBA Group as part of my placement year within my Computer Science course. I worked with the WMS team on making changes/fixing bugs within the product. I learned about life as a software developer, and also gained an insight into the logistics industry from the perspective of a service provider. I grew as a person, gained valuable life skills, and gained a genuine appreciation for the hard work that developers and their other teams do on a day to day basis.   Cleaned various locations around the school building after the end of lessons for that day. Worked anywhere from 2-3 days a week depending on the needs of the school. Had to work to a time limit of approximately 2.5 hours each shift. Learned to work with and around fellow colleagues to complete the needed work before the shift was over, as well as establishing health and safety for teachers, students and other colleagues who had activities after school.
