Elizabeth Bartley

Jordan is one of those students you never forget - his willingness to lead, to open up inquiries into multiple realms of knowledge and to connect what happens outside of the classroom to the theory inside the classroom kept the class moving and certainly made for a lively course! His diligence, capacity to go above and beyond, and his unflagging intellectual curiosity will take him far in life. I am happy to recommend Jordan.

John Weigand

At his request, I'm happy to provide a brief endorsement of Jordan Bissett in support of professional employment opportunities. I know Jordan through our association at Miami University, from where he graduated with the BFA degree in Interior Design. He is currently completing his graduate education at the Rhode Island School of Design. At Miami, he consistently exhibited strong, intuitive design abilities, able to resolve complex functional design problems and at the same time explore unique creative solutions. His approach to design is uniquely interdisciplinary. More than most of his colleagues, Jordan is confident working across multiple design disciplines. Jordan's graphic representational skills are similarly competitive, and he possesses the types of interpersonal skills and work ethic that suggest to me that he will be successful in whatever type of career he chooses to pursue. I'm happy to elaborate on these comments as helpful. John Weigand Professor and Chair Department of Architecture + Interior Design Miami University (OH) 513.529.4903 weiganjb@muohio.edu
