Having worked directly with Jordan on projects and challenges has been wonderful. He is extremely knowledgeable in overcoming technical roadblocks, and his ability to create an inclusive & positive atmosphere is inspiring. Jordan is fun to work with, and would make a great addition to any team!

Peace-maker, inclusive, and organized are the words that come to mind when I think about Jordan. Jordan served as a Student Leadership Committee representative for 1 of his 4 modules spent at the Turing School of Software and Design and he brought an incredible ability to create a place where everyone felt included and felt they had a meaningful purpose on the team to the role. The role of SLC rep is a complex one - being a leader and confidant for your peers, being a liaison with staff of the institution, and leading weekly retrospectives for your cohort. In each of these capacities Jordan showed his impressive skillset, but I was particularly impressed by the way Jordan helped many of his peers resolve interpersonal conflicts. Technical skills can be taught, but Jordan’s strengths in all of the aforementioned areas cannot. You would be making a wise decision to invite him to join your team.

I had the opportunity to work at this wonderful restaurant by Kimbal Musk and Hugo Matheson, with many amazing team-mates over the years. I began as a Backwait, then moved to Lunch Server, to Dinner Server, to Trainer, to eventually become a Sommelier and Bartender. I learned how to be a part of fast paced, tip-pool structure, where there can be no weak link. Wonderful experience where I was part of the lovely team at Rebel Bread in Denver Colorado, where I was given the opportunity to elevate my All Natural Sourdough making skills from amateur, to professional. One of the most amazing processes I have had the opportunity to learn about, where the first 20% of the work creates 80% of the results. Worked with a team on google[x] that was the heart of Google's self-driving car moonshot. Primary goals initially were keeping the vehicle and others safe on California freeways 8-10 hours a day(I'm great on road trips!). 9 months into the job, I was promoted to a role where I spent most of my time analyzing LIDAR data with proprietary software, to facilitate machine learning. Started off as an Intern my first season. The second season, I was hired on full-time, and given responsibility for multiple Urban Farms around Colorado Springs in conjunction with Pikes Peak Urban Gardens. I had the opportunity to teach 100's of people in many demographics, and age groups how to grow food, and harvest it. Including lots of planning and training to understand the holistic processes of Biodynamic farming, in urban settings. Started off as an Intern my first season.
