Jordan is an amazing person to work with and an absolute team player. I had the pleasure of working with him on complex M&A and finance transactions in a fast-paced environment for just over 2 years. Jordan is extremely energetic and solution driven. Ultimately, he grasps the bigger picture, is highly motivated and values client satisfaction. He is most definitely an asset to any team.

Associate - Finance & BankingIn my position as an Associate I was involved in all stages of funding transactions, from initial consult to financial close. My workload included: bi-lateral and syndicated facilities; hybrid debt-equity transactions; corporate finance, property finance transactions and larger project finance transactions. I advised clients in cross-border, pan-African transactions and acted for borrowers as well as local and international banks, sponsors and other investors in relation to large scale and complex financings, in particular real estate finance and development finance. Part of my practice was focused on project finance transactions, advising both project companies/borrowers and lenders on the Department of Energy's Renewable Energy Independent Power Producer Procurement (REIPPP) Programme. My administrative responsibilities include the daily management of all ongoing matters, communication with clients and counterparties and the management of the current workload across the team
