Joost luistert altijd aandachtig voordat hij zijn mening wil geven. Hij neemt vervolgens geen blad voor de mond, en zorgt uiteindelijk voor een besluit of compromis waardoor alle neuzen dezelfde kant op wijzen. Een uitstekende manager met wie ik prettig heb samengewerkt.
