I have worked with Joost/Limelights over the past 24 months on projects varying from strategy sprints to campaigns and videos. Whilst heading up research and insights at MTV International I gave Joost a co-creation brief, as part of a large multi-phase audience study. Essentially he brought a group of young people from all over the world together (people we had been talking to from the beginning of the project) for a few days in Amsterdam and got them to a really nice place in terms of co-creating new ideas and developing personal stories. He managed to take something potentially tricky and make it look smooth, easy and fun.
