De tijd die ik met Joost heb samen gewerkt was fijn met korte lijntjes. Joost is leuk in de omgang op sociaal vlak en waneer er gewerkt moet worden wordt het werk bij de juiste mensen belegd en worden er doelen behaald. Joost neemt en krijgt veel hooi op zijn vork en kan dat allemaal zonder problemen verwerken. Ik vind het jammer dat hij niet meer mijn directe manager is,als ik de kans krijg om weer met hem samen te werken zal ik dat zeker doen.
