The range of clients that I work with are everything from large organisations, public authorities and unions but my primary clients are in the healthcare sector, employment sector, public housing and unions. My approach is agile, where I both use Scrum, Kanban and Scrumban and adapts it to the individual project when needed. I admire the skillsets of others in my team weather it's UX, design og developers and make use of their skills when mine are insufficient - making other people shine where they are best is a huge part of my approach in management.   As the first project manager at HTML24 was I in front row in defining the project manager department, which grew from 0-4 in two years (excluding the CEO).My role at HTML24, was to make offers, advising customers based on their digital needs, manage projects, workshops with customers, planing projects in proportion to the overall developer team and spar with the developers when it was needed.I have also been a huge part of shaping HTML24 to what it is now (february 2014) by being a part of the manager team and being a part of the decisions concerning the critical business aspects of the company.Besides advising customers and managing their projects I was also responsible for hiring developer interns.
