Jon was a breath of fresh air when he joined Risdall. He came to work every day with a positive attitude and a willingness to experiment and try new things. He's an early adapter to new tools on the market and is a solid team player. As a designer, he possesses skills not only in design, but in front end development. Jonathan was one of our best web update interns. He did a great job getting all the details right of the html, css, and javascript updates we asked him to do. Project HighlightsCo-lead designer on complete redesign of Capella’s prospect facing site. Working as a highly focused cross functional team we designed, developed, & deployed a completely re-designed site in 3 months. I continued designing in a leading role to enhance, update, iterate & deploy new tools and features for the next 18 months. The redesign and continued enhancements had direct and significant impact on business goals and metrics.Lead designer on Capella’s Mobile App team. I am responsible for all visual design enhancements & updates to our native iOS & Android App. I collaborate closely with UX to resolve design issues, and the development team to ensure proper look and function.Lead designer on the Application & Enrollment process redesign initiative. Currently, this process is complicated and disjointed for our users as it spans multiple web based experiences. We are working in an agile format towards a single seamless experience with an updated & modern user centered approach.--Collaborate with creative director, UX, copywriters, developers, business owners & clients to deliver innovative & industry disruptive designs.
