  I was headhunted out of sixth form to attend an apprenticeship with my schools IT Department. In this role I had to learn while on the job which was challeging to say the least but it taught me how to learn fast and efficiently to be able to provide the best support possible at that time. Throughout my apprenticeship I could see myself getting better at providing IT Support to all levels of users and it was taking less time to troubleshoot issues as my knowledge increased.
