Build and maintain all software applications including product build, workflows, documents, system access, rate changes and KFI’s / Offers. Manage an appropriate testing environment to facilitate testing required for software upgrades, changes to functionality or specific user testing requirements. Ensure the appropriate procedures, controls and risks are documented covering the department’s roles and responsibilities.
