I’ve work alongside Jonna at Malmö University when we studied for our Master of Engineering. During that time she was not only exceeding at our technical challenges but also our creative ones. She thinks outside the box and has a helicopter perspective in project development. Jonna was hired at Raney Components / Builder first Source as a new wall designer. Jonna was assigned to me to training. Jonna adapted quickly to the Cad program we use and within a few weeks had learned the process of designing wall systems. As time progressed we continued to giving her more and more control of customer projects until she was able to take complete control. Jonna would be an asset to any company needing a person that has the drive to be successful at anything she is giving.
