Her utmost motivating way of making things happen wasn't the only thing that inspired me, I also admired her passion for improving her leadership skills and motivating her team members to utilize their strengths to reach the potential she recognized in them. I'm pretty sure you could drop Jonna anywhere and she would recognize what was needed and go on to establish a solid foundation for success.
