Rick Shepard
During the time that John and I worked together I found him to be a very organized and disciplined manager. He was very good with adhering to processes and inspired those that worked with him to do so, also.
Mike McCoy
John is an experienced and dedicated professional. John is focused on positive results and will assess situations effectively and make tough decisions to ensure goals and objectives are met. The last project I worked with John on was daunting out of the gate. The issues and solutions were broad and complex but over 3 months significant changes were made to the delight of the Customer and our Organization. John quickly establishes relationships and networks well. He recognizes the strengths of people around him and provides a forum in which these strengths can be leveraged into robust and sustainable solutions. I would work with John again in a heartbeat.
