This included the redesign of the organization’s magazine, the development of an organizational blog, launch of PTAA’s social media presence on Facebook, LinkedIn and Twitter, and the publishing of an executive email newsletter. In 2011 the organization received the National Apartment Association’s Paragon Award for Communications. • Managed PTAA’s move into new office space.
