Jonatan was my direct supervisor for team building activities at Green Hat People. I got to know him as a visionary and forward thinker. He continuously tried to improve existing processes to reduce the amount of unneccessary steps within those processes while also maintaining high customer satisfaction. I consider his openmindedness and level of enthusiasm for new ideas a great asset to any organization. As team leader, he always has an open ear for challenges while ensuring the company's vision is delivered upon. He has a creative mind in finding a suitable solution for his team members and also customers. If this solution means to leave the beaten path, he is the first one to take a step forward into a new direction. It was a great pleasure for me to have worked with Jonatan.
