As the Learning and Organizational Development Program Manager, I oversee the day-to-day operations of the Learning and OD department, consistent with the strategic goals of the organization. I supervise the administration of the organization’s Learning Management System, eLearning design, development functions, instructor-led training operations and development of new functional curricula. I perform needs analyses for new requests and provide recommendations concerning effective interventions. As the Program Manager, I develop, execute, and evaluate customized interventions including trainings, workshops, facilitation, and performance coaching. In this position, I partner with the department head in developing a comprehensive talent management system including coordinated coaching and mentoring programs, succession planning, and performance metric development, in addition to supporting other training and development teams in the organization.
