I was very lucky to meet Joni as her Lecturer in a few lessons. She is an extremely interesting person with unique character and deep ethical basis. She was always ready to learn although she had great working experience which she used to filter out every new business learning. She is commited and focused to targets. Joni has natural leadership skills and at the same time she loves to organise a team and to work within. She is usually attracting others into her arguments because she has the ability to understand complex issues very fast and to solve problems using the common sense. I hope I will work with her in future.
