Joni would be an asset to any company. As Quality Superintendent she reduced varibility by making sure we were following standard operating proceedures using layer process audits. She also applied "Lessons Learned" to "Like and Similar" processes and drive this to the PFEMA. Joni made numerous improvements by working with Production and Process Technican/Engineering to ensure the highest quality products. This resulted in a reduction of scrap and improved labor efficiency. I highly recommend Joni Cartolano.

It was a great pleasure to work with Joni Cartolano at Textron and Collins & Aikman. An accomplished quality engineer, she was accountable for the full spectrum of quality engineering on automotive products. Among her responsibilities, she ensured customer approval through the Production Part Approval Process and other requirements, dispositioned all elements of supplier part approval submissions, and assessed and took corrective action on quality performance issues. As an active member of product teams Joni developed and maintained good working relationships with co-workers, customers, and suppliers. In addition to her quality engineering responsibilities, Joni contributed to quality system assessments and has extensive knowledge of manufacturing and customer systems. I am confident that she will be successful and highly valued in her next role and I recommend her without reservation. Kathy Ayres, former Quality Systems Manager, Textron and Collins & Aikman
