   Manage the strategy and planning of meetings and special events, coordinate all amenities and accommodations at an event, monitor and control event budgets and negotiate all necessary contracts.  In charge of all aspects of events management, up to and including invitations, confirmations, updating live web database with all new attendee, faculty and client information for all meetings. Contacting and confirming faculty for upcoming meetings. Creating spec sheets, conducting venue site searches, contracting venues, food and beverage, contracting A/V for meetings, and all transportation for speaker bureaus, weekend and weeknight consultant meetings, both at the national and local levels.  Creating Participant Lists, Name Badges, Tent Cards, and Die Cuts from registration forms received.  Attending meetings in both Events and Client Services capacity, responsibilities include both working one on one with clients and faculty.
