I am reaching the conclusion of a project to implement new social care case management, financial assessment and payment and records management systems which are used throughout Oxfordshire. I am also implementing a number of client and carers “digital by default” online services which are accessible through a web portal, providing much improved access to services for clients and significant streamlining of internal support processes.

I delivered a bespoke workflow enabled SharePoint solution for a confidential case management system. This provided for the first time a system based evidence recording storage management and distribution to replace a paper case management process. There were significant challenges involving for example, the requirement to ensure access control and audit trail logging to evidential standards, stringent legal compliance issues and the need to implement workstations in DNA clean rooms.
