  supporting clients and staff with sublideck printers. troubleshooting and fixing the machines aswell as talking to clients over the phone , skype and i could also control there computer with my computer to try and solve the issue they were having. not only did i do this i also created artwork for some projects for example the colour correction of the red background of the coke cola logos.aswell as taking control of the print room making sure that the printer was clean and in working order for example filling up the inks. also using the printer for different projects and making sure the sizes of each print was correct for each and every project. so id check the size of the document then convert it into a jpeg image and make sure the colours were right. i also carried out quality checks.   as a junior graphic designer. i had my hands in many different aspects of graphic design. for example colour correction, logo design, font design,printers. using different art packages like quark which allowed you to create things like catalogues. i then got a big project with a company called d&g group these specialised in kids toys indoor and outdoor. once id completed this project after months of amendments from the client swapping and changing things and alot of late nights. the client then gave me gifts to say thanks for getting it done on time.
