Jon was my mom's hair styling client for many many years. Jon probably knew more about me than I knew about him from all the little anecdotes he had to hear from my mother whenever he goes to get his hair cut by her. And this past August, finally, we have the opportunity for the roles to be reversed! My mom and I decided to buy a house, and she immediately thought about Jon and trust me, this woman knows a lot of other realtors but she thought about him first. Within not even a week of mentioning to Jon that we're looking to buy a house, he was immediately sending me listings. Jon is a phone call away 100% of the time and often called in to check on us to see if we had any questions. And we really appreciated that. From negotiations to our 5th addendum, Jon was very thorough and helpful with every step of the process. It didn’t matter if you called him at 7am or 10pm Jon was only minutes away from answering anything that popped in our heads, no matter the time of day. He is very knowledgeable and clever in his ways and knows his way around any tricky situation that may arise, even be it 10 minutes after closing has started. ;) Choosing Jon as your realtor is the easiest decision you can make when it comes to purchasing or I would assume selling your home!
