Jonathan joined Prometric in December 2005. After a short period of time in our Regional Registration Center, dealing with candidate registrations and queries, Jonathan moved to our Global Help Desk. Within a few months, Jonathan was promoted to the position of Level 1 Team Leader. The Global Help Desk is a busy and performance driven organization. Jonathan played a key role in the recruitment, training, development and support of the team of Level 1 Technical Analysts to ensure client and service metrics were exceeded. Additionally, Jonathan was involved in many global projects such as efficiency and cost analysis reporting for our International Desks based in Baltimore, Johannesburg, New Delhi, Kuala Lumpur, Beijing and Tokyo.
