My duties as Project Manager include management of change events, project finances, the project schedule. I work with the Project Superintendent to solve day to day issues that allow us to deliver an end product that is both on time and within the client's budget.

Assistant Project Manager

As an Assistant Project Manager for HESS Construction, I aid the Project Manager with overseeing site activities to ensure that the project finishes on time and on budget. I am responsible for submittal and RFI processes, I prepare monthly reports for distribution to the owner and design team, and I assist the project manager with schedule reviews and management of project finances. I also assist the Superintendent by reviewing drawings and specifications to solve day to day site issues.

Field Engineer

As a Field Engineer for HESS Construction, I handle day to day issues on site. My main tasks include processing submittals and RFI's. I assist my Project Manager and Superintendent with tasks ranging from schedule updates to quality control checks in the field.
