Alongside my remarkable colleagues, I collaborated closely with clients to understand their unique needs, skillfully translating their requirements into code or actionable insights for our talented software developers, all coordinated through Jira. I made it my mission to enhance client websites, creating dynamic online experiences that captivated and informed voters. And to top it off, I delivered comprehensive training sessions, both in-person and through virtual platforms like Zoom and Google Meet, ensuring our clients were equipped with the skills to leverage our solutions to their fullest potential.
