Tasked to deliver the contracts on time and within budget. • Reviewing pre contract tender documentation for future workload to ensure the project is capable of acceptance within the business. • Ensure preparation of contract programme, crane/logistics plan, risk assessments and method statements for inclusion into sub-contracts. • Weekly reporting internally to the board on site progress and managing the Contract managers reporting weekly to their respective clients on site. • Monthly contract reviews and forecasting the profit/loss of each contract regarding installation and on-site activities. • Working with internal teams to communicate the on-site installation requirements using our internal product management system Impact. • Managing the allocation of the on-site installation of all Architectural and structures projects using sub-contract and internal installation teams. • Agree benchmark standards for all products where appropriate and capture within as built documentation for future referencing. • Advising and assisting the estimating and procurement department on project specific items, such as bricks, stone, on site equipment and on-site activities to enhance productivity and profitability.
