I have been working with Jonathan for ten years. We have similar career paths at AutoForm so we have spent much time together in business as well leisure. Jonathan’s skills and experience in the metal forming environment, leadership skills, as well as his personality are top notch!
Rick Carlisle, P.E.
Jonathan was a co worker for several years while we were both at Honda Engineering North America. Our working relationship has continued for 5+ years while he has been a Senior Applications Engineer at AutoForm Engineering. During that time, I’ve been able to experience Jonathan’s consistent approach to his work. He is able to get involved with the needed details of a task while keeping a comprehensive perspective on his desired goal to be achieved. A couple of memorable achievements of Jonathan’s while he was at Honda Engineering, were his successful stamping formability designs for the Honda Ridgeline HSS tail gate frame and the Acura ZDX side panel outer. Both parts were very hard to form due to the material type and draw depth for the frame and the very large styling surface depth for the side panel outer. Jonathan overcame the challenges by consistently applying his strong problem solving and analytical skills. I have been very happy with the formability simulation support and business process solutions he brings to the Honda Engineering team through his role of senior applications engineer at Autoform. I strongly recommend Jonathan and look forward to our continued working relationship.
