  I launched my executive search career at Korn Ferry in 1995 and rejoined the firm in January, 2015 as a member of the leadership team within 1 of 3 primary divisions at Korn Ferry, a $2.5B global professional services firm in the human capital field. While my 20+ year search career includes serving clients in several industries including: energy and infrastructure, life sciences, tech, professional services and financial services, in this role, I helped the company build a platform to more effectively serve North American-based clients across the energy, infrastructure and broader industrial sectors - my team's target was a $3M search practice. A key element of this senior leadership role included leading, coaching and mentoring a 5 person team. It also included working closely with the leaders of Korn Ferry's Global Energy and Industrial Practice Groups ( in the USA, Europe, South America and Asia) to extend the reach of their client work. In 2016, I was awarded additional responsibilities to build out the Southern California region across all industries. A member of the pilot team for the KF4D Leadership Assessment In addition, I marketed all of Korn Ferry's talent offerings, such as RPO, D&I, Employee Engagement, and leadership & talent consulting (KF Hay Group), in a richly collaborative environment.
