      I joined the English for Academic Purposes (EAP) department part-time, before moving to a full-time position in the spring of 2015 as the integrated English teacher. I was responsible for designing and delivering classes as well as writing, proctoring and marking mid-term and end-of-term exams. I also helped conduct oral exams for the EAP programme, as well as for other courses within the CIB.       I taught students of all ages starting from three and also taught different class sizes; one-to-one adults to classes of sixteen children. The ability levels were hugely varied and gave me great experience in planning and delivering different lessons. The classes I taught were integrated English with an emphasis on speaking. I took part in teacher training workshops and helped to design resources for intensive summer and winter courses that we started in the summer of 2013. I also taught on the courses. Show less
