Civil Project Engineer
-
Aug 2021 - Present
My role at DiPrete Engineering involves supporting our internal teams to get our clients regulatory approvals for a variety of land development projects. I have worked on development plans throughout all stages of a project from the conceptual level to the construction level. The scale of commercial developments that I have worked on ranges from less than one acre up to 92 acres. My primary roles include overall site design, site grading and drainage design, utility layouts, watershed analysis, compiling reports, and providing support to senior project engineers and project managers within the firm. For software, I primarily work with Autodesk Civil 3D, HydroCAD, and Microsoft Office products. For side projects within the firm, I have developed an onboarding training plan for new hires, actively manage the company's professional development software platform, and worked on several smaller initiatives that helped to streamline various aspects of our workflow.
