For the last 5 years I have been building our fleet of catering trucks. We started out with one simple ice cream truck, an 80's step van with a new paint job and some decals. Since then we have expanded with a second ice cream truck and this year we have started into the catering business based out of our restaurant, Johnny's Raceway Eatery.
