Testing and Analysis • Performed Finite Element Analysis (FEA) of novel non-lethal 40mm round and M203 grenade launcher. • Assisted in the set-up, run, and evaluation of ballistics and marking tests of non-lethal 40mm rounds. • Evaluated various attachment methods for accelerometers to accurately and consistently measure machinery vibration in the 10Hz to 10kHz range. • Assisted in the analyzation of flow data from a water treatment plant. Design Engineering • Designed novel fixture for 40mm round and cartridge loading. • Conducted fit tolerance calculations for ring gears within the casing of a novel engine design.

Manufacturing Process Engineering • Reverse engineered and created standard drawings for undocumented fixtures used on manufacturing floor. • Developed and implemented novel fixtures. • Created Manufacturing Process Instructions (MPIs) for new products.
