Jon is a fantastic leader, teacher, motivator and most importantly a fantastic person. He has done a number of sessions with my team as well as with RoundTower's Executive Leadership team. Jon does a great job of getting people from all types of backgrounds and experience levels to open up with one another and learn how to work together a Team.
