In charge of the technical support and monitoring of the design, procurement, implementation, socialisation and use of results of the public policy evaluations of the social inclusion sector and the integration of the differential approach (human rights, gender, population ageing, as well as afro and indigenous, non-hegemony gender identity). Support to the methodological discussions framed within each policy assessments, victims population and land restitution; as well as the the National Policy of Reintegration: the assistance for demobilised people in illegal armed groups, mainly in the overcome their situation of vulnerability and the autonomous exercise of their citizenship, to guarantee reconciliation and the non-repetition as well as coordinate with stakeholders about the metodological score and public policy recommendations. Conduct and the preparation of working papers describing the main results of the evaluations contracted, and submit additional analyses from the data obtained. The most highlighted achievement, were the design and technical follow up of three victim policies evaluation and Reintegration Public policy, “Reparacion Colectiva, “Familias en su Tierra” and “Retornos y Reubicaciones” this implies the overseeing and contracting process; as well as based on the results, public policy decisions in terms of changes their structure, population targeting, budgeting, regional approach, among others. The most highlighted results in these experiences were to conduct three research for the vulnerable population as well as the identification and characterization of the former combatants' productive ideas.in the ETCR Yari in the Meta department.
