I also wrote an article on elite attitudes toward provocation, which is forthcoming in the peer-reviewed journal Terrorism & Political Violence (http://www.tandfonline.com/doi/full/10.1080/09546553.2017.1289090).

My overarching responsibility was to administer all the research and intellectual content for the Congress of Vienna 2015, a 3-day meeting on international cooperation and stability, attended by leading global thinkers, former heads of state, and United Nations officials. In that capacity, I coordinated expert workshops, wrote memos, edited commissioned papers on a range of global issues, and drafted the final report. An example of my work for the Congress is the Briefing Note attached below, which I co-wrote with Joel Bell, Chairman of Chumir Foundation for Ethics in Leadership. Show less

I organized the nationwide recruitment, selection, training, and supervision of the project manager and a 8-person enumeration team. I also managed purchasing, transportation, and logistics in a challenging, rural environment. The mobile-based data systems I helped developed later proved instrumental in the fight against Ebola.
